Lryic Project

This Quarter

I can honestly say I enjoyed this quarter. I learned how to do many things that I have seen done on YouTube and I may be able to do something with that knowledge. The only project I couldn't wait to get back to work on has to be the movie in which we add lyrics, a song, etc. Am I happy I'm in this class, well of course, Mrs. Debolt is one of my favorite teachers. Hear me out I really wanted Ms. Spavale and I was very depressed when I didn't have her but I'm actually quite happy now that I realize what I would have missed out on when is came Mrs. Debolt's class. So that is pretty much it in a nutshell, Mrs. Debolt keep up the good work and keep the kids in line. I'm happy I had the opportunity to write this. I'm saddened by the idea that I won't have you anymore Mrs. Debolt, but just keep up the good work.

Frappes!!!

Drive-thru Gourmet: McDonalds Frappé | Fork and Cork | a Chron.com blog
Yesterday while at Mc Donalds I felt the need for coffee. So I went ahead and got myself  two large frappes. One caramel and one mocha. Drank both in a considerably low amount of time, felt good and got a lot of props for doing so. But I felt like I could drink more, sadly, Mrs. Mickley ank Ms. Dutton said no. So there I was, depressed, holding the empty carcasses of what used to be two full frappes.

7 Doors

Groups  Titles of Middle-earth and Numenor
If I could go through these doors, I would choose the sixth, leading to Middle-Earth. Now, I would choose this door for many reasons one of them being that The Lord of The Rings has been my favorite movie for as long as I can remember.  Upon entering the door, I would search for the Ithilien Rangers (I apologize if I spelt that incorrectly) and train there for years to come. Then I would join the fight to repel the evil that still sweeps across the land.

Reading

Donate Books. Book Donation. Collect Books for Fundraising. | Got Books
For some reason, I find myself rather mad at this program A.R. we have. It stands for Accelerated Reader and it is a program that FORCES the kids to read. That's the likely reason why I personally hate it with a passion. I enjoy reading, don't get me wrong, but when I'm forced to, that is when it tugs on my nerves. Yes I understand that later we'll have to read books in high school but that is an assignment, A.R. this is simply a means of bothering us. I love reading but on my own terms. Take this for example, you get the next favorite book in your favorite series and then you are forced to read it in a week. I prefer to extend my reading experience.

The Right to Bear Arms

The right to keep and bear arms is the cornerstone of our freedom. :: The Mind of Tefft
This story about a football player and his girlfriends' deaths doesn't really hurt me. I mean this happens everyday to the non famous people of Earth but suddenly now that someone popular has died it suddenly matters? That enrages me but what enrages me more is that now we're debating on whether to take the Right to Bear Arms from the people. Now let us think about this, if the founding father  deemed it necessary to include this right, why shouldn't we simply make an effort to keep it in the constitution. There are thousands of hunters that I'm sure are enraged by this and heck, I would too, in fact I am.

The Fear

Librariandoa: The Fear by Charlie Higson
Alright, so The Enemy series I posted about earlier in my posts. Well I finally got my copy of The Fear! Yes, finally I got it and I couldn't be happier. Like I said it is my favorite series of all time and I do not intend to waver from that statement. So yeah I got it and so far it has been relatively entertaining and well it has been rather enjoyable. It is rather slow currently because well I'm still in the beginning of the book, but like the others I'm sure I'll never want to get up while reading soon enough.

Thanksgiving Gone Wrong

Turkey: Buy Turkey Online Free Range Organic Eberly Thanksgiving Fresh Whole Turkeys for Holiday Delivery. Recipes. igourmet.com
For my first Thanksgiving as host, I bought the biggest turkey they had in the store. So I took it home did the routine I've seen so many people do. It started slowly looking more and more like Thanksgiving as I added more to it all. Before I knew it people were arriving one by one, complimenting me on my work. But they all kept giving me odd looks, as if I was forgetting something. But when he walked in I remembered that my uncle was a pyro-maniac. He set fire to the turkey. And that's why we all ate hamburgers.

My Favorite Quote

Fear - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
My favorite quote has to be one of an unknown man as far as my knowledge goes. It is, "The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is the fear of the unknown." It's some pretty strong stuff when you really get to think about it and thus, giving off fear. That's right, the very quote it self gives off fear, imagery never seen before as far your mind cares. But it gets to you, boy does it get to you. Upon reading the sentence you get a sense of uneasiness, that escalates to paranoia and imagery of things rather left unspoken, then it escalates to fear, the oldest and strongest emotion of mankind.

My Lord Video Games!!!

Omen Gaming Community
People are simply addicted to the fun fast paced gaming industry that gets the people hooked on such things. People will spend countless hours doing one thing on a game and not even realizing that it's five o'clock in the morning. I am not saying this to insult people for I am guilty as well. I've stayed up the entire night and continued throughout the day and finally went to sleep out of pure exhaustion. Games will get you hooked no matter what you do, it's a simple fact. Just find the right one (for there are many many MANY different types) and you'll be playing that thing for hours on end. I am guilty because of the Elder Scrolls series, and if you know what that is and have played it, well you know what I'm talking about when I say that you completely forget what day or what time it is. Now, this can be a serious problem for some people who simply have no athletic ability what-so-ever, for they cannot stay in shape to prevent serious problems to those who sit in front of a T.V. all day. But people like myself who participate in sports such as track and things like that, we don't really have to worry about our physical health as much as a "couch potato" so to speak. So come on gamers, get outside and have a bit of fun while you're at it!

Honor Band

I love the sound of the trombone   Motivational Speaker: George Torok

Honor Band was this last Saturday and well I enjoyed it to my fullest extent. Practicing for eight hours didn't boost my moral what-so-ever, but I enjoyed having a continuous practice. Usually I'm used to someone blurting out and stopping it all. But that is beside the point, the rehearsals and the concert were in the the St. Gen. auditorium, a very fancy place I might add, and I'm overall surprised at how large their schools are.

The Election

Image and reality in Election 2012 | SocialistWorker.org
I was rather happy with the election considering Obama won. It just seemed like Romney was a bit over zealous when he's take speeches, he just had that grin that said, "I personally will end all happiness in your life and those to come." Now I'm not hating on him or anyt- actually I pretty much am, I really disliked that man and I'm VERY happy he lost. However, I respect the decisions of other and their opinions but I couldn't be more happy to say, "see-ya," to Romney. Other opinion I do respect, but I refuse to let them win.

Halloween

Last night I handed out candy to the youngsters of my subdivision, and well, I was hit several times by little ones. I got hit by three ninja swords, a wand, and even a glowstick. I threw a lollipop at a kid and he ran away so that was pretty funny. But my brother had his friends over and when a fairy walked up, they all screamed and ran into the garage door, so you know my night was full of fun. I also discovered that Mr. Shineger (I apologize for ot knowing how to spell his name) lives right down the street from me. I know that I'm bouncing from one subject to another, so I'm sorry for that.

The Never Ending Path

EVERY PHOTO TELLS A STORY/writing prompts/writers block
I walk the lonely road, the only road I have ever known. My shadow walks beside me, but I walk alone. Life is the necer ending path of broken promises and great joys, but there is always a cost to the good choices in life as well as bad ones. Choices create who we are, who we present ourselves as, and our overall being of existstance, thus creating the never ending path that I walk on. I walk alone, and I forever shall, for my choices have me who I am on the never ending path.

My Favorite Type of Book

The Importance of Reading | The Specialist
Every reader, whether they like to or not, has certain things that they prefer to see in a book. I for example, prefer to see horror and a bit of romance, that's what keeps me hooked onto a book. My books mainly consist of The Enemy series by Charlie Higson like I have said in a previous post. The book also must have tragedy and sorrow, I know it sounds odd but that's just what I prefer to read.

The Truth of Heaven

Week 8- Heaven | Emerging youthWeblog
So as we all know, one must die before going to heaven. I died for reasons I'd rather not talk about because it's a bit embarrassing. So this tour guide greet me when I arrive at the heavenly gates, and I swear I've seen him before. I went along witht the tour but I noticed in my time on earth, something strange, and what one may classify as, unholy. But I waited, and waited, and waited, listening to him ramble on and on. Then I asked, but as I did, he turned around with this demented look in his eye.

Tech 8

Personal computer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This class, I admit, has been a whole lot more fun than I first intended it to be. Although there have been ups and downs (a down being for example, I was confused at certain points during the projects, while on the upside I had alot of fun and learned a bit as well). Tech 8 has definatley been an interesting class so far, and hopefully I'll learn to keep up more so I don't harass my neighbors asking what to do. I'm half way into this class and I am quite intrigued as of now.

My Favorite Book Series!

THE FEAR | Darius Logan: Super Justice Force
I just found out last night that the third book in my favorite series came out June 12, 2012, however, they said it was coming out in December. The books are written by Charlie Higson (my personal favorite author). The first book is called "The Enemy", second 'The Dead", third "The Fear", fourth "The Sacrifice". I love this series so much because it lacks child's play. What I mean by that is the book is not for the weak of heart or the the weak stomached.

Flying Sharks

Flying Shark by `silentkitty on deviantART
"Run While y-". The Flying Sharks would become the dominent predator in the sky, preyingon everying that moved. In perspective, the movie would be an absolute flop because the age of the odd monsters has really passed along with "The Monster From 10,000 Leagues" I do believe it is called, and other movies of that are of that nature.

Fable 3 Mishaps

Well the way to start out with this is to say in this game, moral is depicted by the choices you make. Now, I have a friend that I usually play with and he goes to this school however I will not disclose his name. But in this game, he is the devil himself, he has devil wings and horns and pretty much murders everyone in his path with a hammer. Then there's me, who has angel wings and a halo, and I'm the one apologizing to the families of those who have been hammered by my friend. It is actually quite amusing to watch, I really can't stop laughing whenever we do get on it. It's one of those things that one just cannot stop laughing at, and you get a fun time out of it all. But while I'm on the subject of games, I can't wait for Assasin's Creed 3!

Missing

Long ago my teacher went missing, but I have recently recieved a letter that appears to be the way she used to write. One thing that I remember about her is that she used to make all these puzzles for us and force us to solve them, and that's why I have reason to believe she yet lives. Now, her lettter went like this, "Hello Alec I pray you remain AT your moral standing. How are JACOB'S parents doing? I hope they still don't live at the COVE."

Finally!

Okay, so there was a setback. The M14 OD wasn't able to be shipped because there was an order shortly before mine that put it out of stock. So I then called the distributers and replaced it with the same model of M14, just the stock is not OD green, it's wood. Now the stocks are plastic so it's fake wood obviously. I'm considering painting the wood, but at least this one is on its way. I checked the order status a few nights ago and they said it would be here by thursday (today). So I am quite happy that after two weeks of sorting things out, something is finally coming. Only thing is, if the gun does not come today, I'm going to be VERY mad, VERY VERY mad. However, I for one have faith in UPS and I believe they will stay true to their word, hopefully.

Cupid'd Epic Fail

Cupid had to get this man to love a girl, but he was worried that he would miss this man. Now, Cupid had reached the top of a very large building at had his sights on the man walking down the street. Cupid pulled the trigger of his crossbow and the arrow went flying, no soaring towards the man. The arrow went down and down, nearing its target, and then the arrow hit him, and disappeared in an instant to leave no evidence that cupid was there. The only problem was, the first thing the man saw was a mustache, and he fell in love with them. The man just ran up and down the streets ripping mustaches of mens' faces. Eventually the police were called and Cupid sighed in disbelief.

Airsoft!!!

I'm going to Randy's this weekend! I'm so excited, mainly because we'll be shooting eachother in the face! I know to some it may be intollerable and inhumane, but I really do not know why they think this way. Airsoft is a sport, not some way to train for killing, that's all it is, a sport. Back to the topic at hand, my new weapon is being shipped as I type this, it comes either today or tomorrow and I just cannot wait any longer. It's an CYMA M14 Airsoft Sniper Rifle OD (olive green) and it looks amazing, enough said.

Life Spand

From the day you are born you are forever becoming older. Aging does not cease until you have lived your life to its potential. You die knowing you've lived your life, but does a new one ever begin. Does an old measurement ever become new again? This is a question that has always puzzled me, when this measurement comes to a halt, where do you go? Do you go to this mythical land or go to an endless void of nothingness?

First Day on The Job

My first day as president is going swell, so far, after all it is only first hour. I'm getting alot of "congratulations!" from students and teachers. I was even asked to put my feet behind my head outside while we were waiting for the doors to open, which I did do this of course, because I take pride in my flexibility. So far, I have been informed by Mrs. Davis that the student council officers will be meeting before too long to discuss further actions. Well yeah, that's pretty much been my day so far, I can't wait to see what'll happen next! This is going to take alot of hard work and disipline, but I think I can pull it off.

My Memory

The one memory I would bottle up is when I used to live in Maine. Fall was just so beautiful, all the colors colliding into each other yellow, orange, red. I would trade anything to go back, back to my old house by the school, feel the crisp Autumn air, the cold wind in my face. I would trade anything, even the pool in our backyard. I miss the power going out because the squirrels biting the power wires. I miss being able to walk home and prance around in the cold fresh air. I love it with a passion as you can probably tell.

My Speech

Well, I am quite nervous of course. I mean I'm going to talk to a camera that I'm pretty sure everybody will see the footage. Sure I had my mother's help writing it (she won a speech contest when she was my age) but I'm still nervous as can be. I mean holy mother of God, how am I going to pull this off. Hopefully a little luck will shine down and I won't studder like I normally do, I hate it so. I hope I can do this, I really hope I do. Everyone keeps saying I'll win the election, even a few teachers, but I still have my doubts.

Labor Day

Labor Day occurs on the first Monday of September. This is an annual celebration that honors America's hard work. No one knows for sure who held the very first Labor Day, but some say it was a man by the name of Peter J. McGuire, co founder of the American Federation of Labor. In 1884, the first Monday in September was selected for the holiday. In 1887, four more states had created the holiday by legislative enactment. America has gone through too much, it is only necessary to honor the American workers for all their hard work through history, all hail America!!! Read More Here!

Mrs Debolt

Festus MO, 63028

Dear Mrs. Debolt

Well, for starters I think I have a bubbly personality, and well, for some reason I enjoy pain. Airsoft is a hobby, and by "hobby" i mean absolute obsession. The sting of a pellet is delightful in my opinion, but to others... not so much. I also enjoy the paranormal, or in other words, the unexplained. Scary things are also on my list.

I know, well, the basics or fundamentals of how to work a computer. Frankly, I do know a bit, but not everything, after all, it is impossible to know everything. I mostly look at a website called "AirSplat.com" the center for all Airsoft gear and equipment. Check to see what new things they have in stock, check the latest news, etc. is pretty much all I do.

Well History is a passion of mine, I absolutely adore it. Anything and everything from World War II to the Roman Empire, I just love it. History is a passion of mine and if we were to study that on the computers, I'd enjoy it alot. That's pretty much it, can't wait to see what we'll do in the future!

Sincerely,
Alec

For all I care, you can rot in that cell like the other foul demonic presences in the hold. Now, do not ever wright me again you foul breathed demon, for you can sit it solitary confinment and I wouldn't dare look the other way. Goodbye, old friend, and may you forever stay in that palce we call prison.

India's Sexest Society

This subject, in my opinion, is rather touchy because of the fact that these are mothers murdering their children in cold blood. Whether it be chemicals that kill them or relatives or even the child's very own parents, these girls end up the same way. It shocked me how much the people in India want to get rid of their female children, to even go to the extremes of placing the babies into trash cans, gutters, etc. is something that should never be witnessed by mankind. I personally think that a child needs to be cherished, not thought of as a burden. It's just plain horrid, i mean i expect to be a father in the future, and honestly, i'd prefer a daughter. No matter what gender it is, i will cherish it, not regard it as some demon that needs to be killed to save the world or something like that. Indian fathers need to love their children, for it does ot matter the gender. So once again it's just wrong in my opinion. It's nothing but filthy murder occuring everyday, and it sickens me. So India just needs to enforce these protective actions, rather than standing idly by while children are slaughtered.
